Access to and use of the Platform is conditional upon your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. Any Account found to be registered by a person below the minimum age will be suspended immediately, and any associated funds will be handled in accordance with the relevant Operator's underage gambling policy.
It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before participating. betji does not represent that the use of any Operator platform is legal in Pakistan or any other jurisdiction. Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and applicable provincial laws may restrict or prohibit online gambling activity. betji is not licensed by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, or any Pakistani provincial authority. Each User is permitted to hold one registered Account only. Opening duplicate or multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any pending balances. betji and relevant Operators reserve the right to request identity verification documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing withdrawals, or following any account activity that triggers a compliance review. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.
You must provide accurate, current and complete information during the registration process and must promptly update your account details whenever they change. betji reserves the right to suspend or close Accounts where registration information is found to be false, misleading or incomplete.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your Account. You must not share your credentials with any third party. betji will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
If you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised use of your Account or any other security breach, you must notify betji immediately at [email protected]. betji will investigate the matter and may take such action as it deems appropriate, including temporary account suspension pending investigation.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting betji support. Where a self-exclusion request is made, the account will be closed in accordance with the Responsible Gambling Policy. betji also reserves the right to close or suspend Accounts at its discretion, including where these Terms have been breached or where closure is required for regulatory compliance.
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. Without limiting the foregoing, you must not:
betji reserves the right to investigate any suspected breach of this section and to take appropriate action, including Account suspension, reporting to law enforcement authorities, and pursuing civil remedies.
betji is an informational platform. Odds, market descriptions, bet type explanations and wagering guides published on the Platform are provided for educational and informational purposes only. They do not constitute a direct invitation to wager, and betji does not process bets or accept stakes.
All wagering activity takes place on the relevant Operator's platform and is governed exclusively by that Operator's terms and conditions, rules of play, and applicable regulatory requirements. In the event of any conflict between information published on betji and an Operator's current terms, the Operator's terms shall prevail. Users are responsible for reviewing and understanding the current terms of any Operator platform before placing any bet.
Market availability, including cricket betting markets for PSL matches, T20 internationals, ICC tournaments and other competitions, is subject to each Operator's current offering and may change without notice. betji does not guarantee the availability of any specific market, odds level or promotional offer at any given time.
Disputes regarding bet settlement, void bets, or market outcomes must be raised directly with the relevant Operator. betji has no authority to adjudicate wagering disputes and is not a party to any bet placed on an Operator platform. betji's role is limited to providing guidance on how such disputes are typically handled.
Bonus amounts, free bet values, deposit match percentages and other promotional figures described on the Platform (for example, "PKR 10,000 welcome bonus" or "100% first deposit match") are illustrative examples only unless explicitly stated to be current verified offers. Promotional availability, amounts and conditions are set by Operators and subject to change at any time without notice.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements — the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before withdrawal is permitted. betji explains wagering requirements in plain English to assist Users in evaluating promotional value. Users must always verify the current wagering requirements directly with the relevant Operator before accepting a bonus.
Bonus funds are typically restricted to specific markets or game categories. Bets placed on certain sports, at certain odds thresholds, or on certain game types may not count toward wagering requirements. betji's guides summarise common restrictions; Operator-specific terms govern in all cases.
Operators reserve the right to void bonuses and close Accounts where promotional abuse is detected. This includes, but is not limited to, opening multiple Accounts to claim the same offer, exploiting technical errors in bonus crediting, and collusive exploitation of promotional terms.
betji references payment methods familiar to Pakistani users — including mobile wallet services, instant transfer infrastructure and domestic bank channels — as contextual examples of payment infrastructure only. These references do not imply that any named payment provider endorses, supports or is affiliated with gambling services. The Platform and all Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness or non-infringement. betji does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, betji shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of wagering funds, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any financial loss resulting from reliance on Platform content.
betji is not responsible for the acts, omissions, terms, payment processing, bonus administration or any other conduct of third-party Operators referenced on the Platform. Any dispute arising from your use of an Operator platform must be resolved directly with that Operator. betji's content describing Operator platforms is informational and does not constitute an endorsement, guarantee or warranty of Operator performance.
betji shall not be in breach of these Terms or liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, regulatory interventions, natural disasters or acts of government.
betji reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Users via the email address associated with their Account and/or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision.
Your continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 5.4.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which betji is incorporated and operated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
betji does not represent that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in all jurisdictions. Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan or any other jurisdiction do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with Applicable Law in their location.
In the event of any dispute between you and betji, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting betji at [email protected]. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue resolution through appropriate legal channels in accordance with the governing jurisdiction's procedural rules.
